Help Exchange Server Sync Problem (Duplicate & Triplicate Emails)

I have a Droid X which has been working great since Dec 2010. Within the last 2 weeks I have had problems with email on sync with corporate email. I am getting duplicate, triplicate, quadruplicate, etc emails everytime it sync's.

I have cleared cache, anyone else having similiar issues? Any fix?

I recently started having multiple copies of e-mails arriving faster than I can delete them. The only thing that changed in my environment is that I applied Service Pack 1 to my Exchange Server 2010. I don't know the service pack started the issue but that's the only thing I can think of.

Thanks...I think I'm going to do a hard reboot and see if that changes anything.

Im having send errors. I can't send corporate emails. They don't leave the outbox and I can't figure out why. Anyone know?
