Help Exchange Sync Error

I have an HTC Incredible 2 and after a couple of weeks of syncing with the Exchange server at work I am getting an Exchange Sync Error. I only want to sync calendar and contacts I'm not interested in doing email on my phone. I made some changes to some calendar items yesterday,one on the phone and one on my computer. It was after that that I started getting the error message and my calendar is not updating on my phone. (If I recall a change I made on my phone did update to my computer but the originator of one of my meetings moved the meeting and that change did not update to my phone). The only info I've been able to find on this are posts from last year for an earlier version of the phone. Any new info?

There are two people (an HTC Incredible 2 and HTC Rezound) in our office who are experiencing this same problem. Any fixes to this problem??
