Exchanging phones question

So I got my phone a week ago or so and it just now started having problems with the GPS and randomly shutting off as well as the battery life being drained within a couple of hours from fully charged. Im guessing I should exchange my phone for a new one within my warranty period. Do I need to bring the original box and everything along with it to exchange it?

Yep, they actually swapped ALL the accessories too. Though 1 time I dind't bring the wall charger and neither time did I bring the earbuds.

haha seems a bit useless that they do that but I guess its good on the customers perspective hopefully the new phone will be all good and no problems with it fingers crossed!!

Just fair warning, if you're exchanging due to GPS don't. It's a problem across the board with the phone. Replacement won't fix it. Now the random shut downs, yes, I'd swap for that.

yeah I am exchanging for the random shut off due to me being late for work because it shut off at the middle of the night and it has been throughout the day as well as the battery lasting for a maximum of 4hours during the day on standby mode O.o very annoying

i just went and exchanged my phone. crossing my fingers. I got about 8 hrs of battery life before it completely died on me. going to do a full charge before i turn it on.
