This pretty much says it all: Virgin Mobile USA

I'm confused, because as of right now, the $35/300 minute plan is part of the new "unlimited" plan advertising. To all evidence, that plan will still be available after November 18th. The $45/1200 minute plan is NOT on the list and will be considered an expired plan at that time.
It appears that either the VM reps don't know what they're talking about, or that Virgin Mobile is trying to pull a fast one somewhere. Either way, it's frustrating and doesn't make them look good.
By the fine print the new $35 plan will get you 250mb of "High Speed" data then you get throttled back to 2G speeds for remainder of month. So I wonder what the "New" New Plan will be for $35. And when they give a data amount figure, does that mean the amount of data you can use in a month in total or the amount of high speed data and then after that it is slower, but you still have data for the month. They make it so confusing.
dont know if its still helpful but there is no catch... i was on the $55.00 plan and had 10 gigs they were doin a promotion where they double the data for less
Ok, it's the 19th. Wasn't the new (worse) plans suppose to start on the 18th?!?
I still see my plan - $35, unlimited Text/Data 2.5GB and 300 mins. talk (It is rare that I talk over 15 minutes a month - 30 minutes top.) So I'm still happy.
What gives? Did they delay in worsening their plans?
