Exerience with HTCexpress.com???

Hi, new to the forum and new to my G2. When I first got it and before doing enough research I read the various threads about people using the red HTC batteries and making them fit into the G2 so I bought the 39.99 package of 2 batteries and charger. After I'd already paid for my order I discovered the Mugen extended life battery specifically made for the G2, so I want to send my red batteries back to HTCexpress.com, but they won't contact me. I've sent them 2 emails and called the customer service number PayPal has listed for them and have yet to hear from them. Any of you ever have any issues with this online site? Am I just not being patient enough?

On an entirely different note, how many of you have been using the Mugen 1800 battery in your G2? How much difference have you noticed?

With maybe average or less use I'm currently at 1 day, 3 hours, and 33 minutes since I unplugged and my battery is at 23%. This is mostly at home with wifi on and data off. Is this about average?

I bought the two red HTC 1800 batteries, but through Amazon. It was easy to remove the sticker so that it would fit, just make sure you put masking tape over the SD card so that the metal doesn't touch the battery and cause problems. Haven't tried the Mugen battery, but the red batteries are doing great with my phone.

Well, after emailing them 6 times and opening a dispute in Paypal I finally got a response, ChiChitec sent me their address to return the batteries. It's supposed to get delivered on monday, so I'll see if I actually get my money back or not. I haven't closed the Paypal dispute yet, I'm going to wait until I get my refund. The Mugen battery is on backorder so it won't be shipped until feb 1st. The battery in the G2 has been pretty good, although a 40 minute trip using Navigator drained it pretty quick.
