Help experia arc

Yeah that doesn't sound good. Moving to the Arc forum in case anybody there has tips. You might dig around in there too and see if you can spot any similar issues.
 
If at all possible I'd try to work with the manufacturer or carrier if you have one and if its still under warranty. Only other thought I have is to try one of those inductive charging mats (cordless charging) if you can find one that's compatible with your device.
