Experienced Android User, root n00b!

Hey guys, I've often browsed these forums but I'm finally doing something with myself and trying to be active.

I sold phones for 2 years (VZW, AT&T and TMO at Costco), went from BB Curve 8330 to HTC Incredible to HTC Inspire, and I just got a NOOKcolor.

Trying to root the NOOKcolor, but having some difficulty. If anybody has any pointers, greatly appreciated!

Looks like lots of activity in there and Guide colchiro is very knowledgeable and appears to be active in that sub-forum.
