There were not many differences to begin with. But in technicality, yes, it did.

I read somewhere that this updade supposedly helps fix issues with the weather widget/program. Anyone know if this is true? I dumped it and switched over to WeatherBug after the initial 2.1 update. Even after a factory reset the stock HTC weather widget started messing with the awake time, preventing the phone from sleeping and thus draining my battery.
Either way, it would be nice to know just so I don't have to worry if it accidently gets opened.
