So then, the monthly cost is, according to those numbers and assuming the tax would be $10, $95/month. Not including the cost of the phone+laptop dock, which shouldn't be included in the monthly calculation.

We're talking about phone+dock combo, which is $499.
Off contract, I'm assuming, it will cost $699. Nobody knows for sure at this point, but that's my assumption.
