Root Ext 4

I'm using broken out Rom and kernel. Can I partition my sd card in order to use links 2 sd, and off so what size should I make the 2nd partition? It's a 4 gig card. Thanks.

Yes u can partition ur sd card and it depends on how many apps u have downloaded but id go with 512mb or the next one up or down from that, like i said it depends on how many apps u have. If u use the option in cmw recovery u might wanna back up ur pics and anything u wanna keep to ur pc 1st cause it will erase/format ur sd card
 
Hey, I have been partioning for awhile now. I have a 16 GB & at first I made my Ext 4 (I've tried using 2 & 3 but 4 seems to work the best with this phone) I never use a swap, I don't need it. I will mention make sure you're using Link2sd simply because I have been absent awhile & don't know you. You may know this but many don't. What are you using to partition? I use Mini Tool Partition Home Wizard

I use links2sd. Been using it since my admire. I came to this phone from the lg motion.
