Root Extenal SD Problems plz help

ive looked through the forums and it seems like i am the only one whose encountered this, my External SD cannot be found, and when i try to mount it, it keeps showing "External SD cannot be mounted. somebody please help ive looked everywhere
 
Connect it to your computer (use a card reader if necessary) and see if you can read it. You can also run h2testw on the card to see if there's really a card in there.
