The corp stores try to sell used phones, Why wouldn't they try to sell us used batteries. I care if i get a used battery from a seller if they specifically lead me to believe that it is brand new. I would buy new generic battery before i buy a used OEM battery. A used battery can work and have bad cells or have been wet causing weird voltage. I don't care if the battery is $2.00, if someone tells me its brand new then i expect that its brand new..

I did contact the seller and he made good on the used battery issue.
I'm really happy now.

2 left. Hopefully I don't mind the extra bulk, although I will miss not having a case. Although I'll probably just use this battery when I know I'm not going to be home for a while.
 
Good deal man so much better with extended battery and we did not have to pay forty bucks lol or get the one that say verizon haha I love ebay.

The ONLY thing is the seller should mention that to extremely reduce the price, the retail packaging is not included; such as; battery and cover w/out box is $9.95; with box $23 (still cheaper than verizon $25); i have one and indeed it is NEW; I am not a hardcore texting/surfing bla....it last at least 48 hours with 28% on it.(iam stock now:o). But I can't use my black trident:(. Anyway, almost no cell phone sellers are selling used batteries; if they do, first thing first they always mention that there is NO warranty bla....on batteries like others have always done.
Who will buy a used battery??? Even for free I won't take it for safety reason.
 
if you think about it how often do you return a cell phone battery me never and my optimus m is like two years old still running on stock battery are esteems only been out for 3 and a half months and the extended battery's for metro came like a month after the phone was out.

I have never (when I buy a new phone). Even, I buy a used phone, no sellers will accept a claim/return for used batteries; mostly they simply give the battery for free.
Anyway, for how many "years" Lg esteem on the market?? Are those ext battery and its door came on the same time? If iam not wrong, I've never seen ppl here complain/claim about the Metropcs ext battery problem.

I agree I just got my generic one today drop it in the phone and it works great so I have one oem and one generic extended battery:-)

My generic battery is 3500mah and the oem one is 3000mah. The generic back casing is easier to hold the phone with also it does not look deformed lol so you can use the oem batt or the generic batt with the case also my arm band holds the phone with extended battery.

i got the same extended battery the 3000mah one and i hate the battery cover im thinkin about gettin that 3900mah one from amazon its pretty cheap for whats out there.. how long you had that 3600 mah one for also hows it work so far
