Extended battery is it all that?

haha i dont wear em tight tho, itd be weird if anyones little sister wore their skinnys low and baggy (compared to skin tight pants), but ya i get what u mean by the fit, but its a must for me in san jose.

I don't understand y'all mofos these days. Lol. Its a damned shame that entire fad hit my city of sharks. Those pants just look idiotic.

nah i get ya, i cant stand either of those either, but like i said not skin tight, gay, buuuuuuuuuut with my pants i dont even feel my phone, and yes a case would be cool but idk wat u guys do with your phones that u actually need one?

Tapered legs looked ridiculous in the early 90s, and they look even worse now. lol. Im not sayin youve gotta wear em baggy as all hell, but if they dont need to hug your calves...lol.

Hook it up to a car battery and lug it around in a wagon. You'd get 5 months use before needing a charge. YOU people on here hear me? It's mind over matter what it seems I don't matter at all.

I got mine from VW webpage. It was $38 and shipped in 3 days. The phone was unusable before I got the extended battery.
 
So far, so good with the extended battery. By this time I would already be ~35% (4 hours unplugged). I am at 71%! Extended battery FTW! Thanks everyone who recommended this.
 
HTC ThunderBolt PowerSkin Battery Case | PowerSkin

I received the Powerskin extended Battery case yesterday.

The reason I purchased it was because I was only getting about 3-5hours of use out of my T-Bolt before having to recharge it. It got old. Everyday when I'd get to work I would have to plug it in to keep the charge full.

So here goes a test run today.

I unplugged after a full charge at 4:27 am this morning. Right now it is 6:25 am and I still have 100% battery life showing.

I am going to monitor how well the battery lasts today. I will update this thread throughout the day. So stay tuned.
 
It is 8:35 am and my T-Bolt still has a battery life of 100% with the NEW Powerskin extended battery.

Without the extended battery, my battery life would have been around 70% at this time of day.
 
At 10:56 am CST my T-Bolt w the extended battery is going strong. Battery life still shows at 100%.

I am impressed already.

12:31 pm. 8 hours now and still at 100% battery life with the Powerskin extended battery.

Do these constantly charge and pull from the powerskin till the skin is dead and its then running on its own battery?
 
We've upgarded our mAh on our Slim and Super Extended Life Batteries. The slim battery is now 1750mAh and the larger one is now 3500mAh.
 
So I'm convinced I need an extended battery to get the full enjoyment out of my TB. (which otherwise I love!)
Should it be the HTC or the Seidio. Ive seen some that had issues with the HTC antennas in the cover, others have been critical of the Seidio for having to be charged multiple times to get full. Anyone got an opinion? (I love you guy's opinions, really helps!):D
 
I purchased the Seidio 3500 mah earlier this week. I have only been using it a couple of days, but I love it !! It is the same size as the HTC extended battery, but is substantially longer lasting.

I realize everyone will get different results, but mine from yesterday= unplugged it at 11 am and had a moderate amount of calls, texts, web usage, 2 emails set to update every 10 minutes. I ended my day at 345 am with 43% left.....and the instructions say it will get better after 2-3 charges, WOW!!
 
Do you have an HTC extended to compare against? Or are you guessing it is lasting longer? I use the HTC extended and I can go forever on it during the day and have at least half left the next day as well.
I just wish seidio would explain how their batteries have more juice.

Side by side comparison, no. I purchased the HTC extended last week from Verizon and used it several days. I then returned it and ordered the Seidio; so, yes I have hands on with both under relatively the same conditions. It seems to me that the Seidio gives me about 30% more time so far. ........I am a far cry from tech geek and have no scientific formula to back up these claims, just my $.02.
 
Did the seidio feel heavier? Do you remember?
