I bought a extended battery for my phone. Its a 3500mah battery thats certified for the lg revo. I go to put it in my phone and it says "use genuine battery" is there a way to fix this error message? anyone else have this issue before?

Take the battery out and clean the four bass color looking connections and the same with where your phone has to connect to your battery using rubbing alcohol on the phone and battery. Its okay technicians use this to clean circuit boards
