pleeeaaaaase give me links to something at least 2000 mAH

i found one on ebay but it's for motorola droid...i don't know if thier battery will fit win lg esteem, or if it's a different design and the pins won't match up...

mugen sells one at 1800 mAH but for almost 50 bucks i want more than that...i alreay got one that's 3900 mAH but it requires a new backdoor

Amazon.com: AceSoft 3900mAh Extended life Battery and Back Cover Door for MetroPCS LG Esteem MS910 , Bryce CellPhone: Electronics

i wish those battery engineers can just make a battery the same size as original that's at least 2000 mAH

The ace soft battery hasn't been out that long and is one of the biggest battery's that is made for the esteem. I posted a 1700mah battery on another thread here which is slightly larger than the 1500mah stock battery but much cheaper than the 1800 mah battery. At this time I have not found any other stock sized battery for the esteem. They may or may not make one. The only other thing I suggest is to just buy one of these.

no there must be something out there...1800 for 50 bucks is ridiculous...the 3900 mAH ace soft thick a$$ battery was $35 so why pay 15 dollars more for a much less efficient product....i'd pay 40 dollars for a 2000mAH or 60 bucks for 2500 mAH just as long as it was the same size as factory battery...

That looks just like the stock battery to me. I wonder why it says extra long battery life if its only 200mAh more then stock. I'm thinking about ordering though to test it over stock. I'm not a fan of the thick ass batteries from 3000mAh and up

the thick ones are added weight and size, i looooove the thin light weight of lg esteem, buuuuuut with the 3900 mAH battery it can last all day long with constant playing checkers and checking email and texts and brightness is half way up and no wifi and i got to about 70% remaining....WHY NOT A THINNER BATTERY WITH SAME RESULTS?????:(

Yeah, it would be nice to have a battery a little bigger than 1700 or 1800. Who knows maybe they will come out with one. I'll be on the look out for one. If they do end up making one that would be sweet. Maybe email one of the company's and see if they will make one or if they even have plans to make one.

metropcs has a 3000mah battery with backdoor listed as 50, too much?
i ask because i am planning on getting this phone, and want a large battery from the get go.

edit;
i just seen the link to a 3900mah with door and charger/usb cord for 35-45. yeah, ill be getting that :D

What kind of life do you get on that 1700 over the stock 1500?

Do the math.

1500 /1500 (same size battery) = 1.00 < no difference

1700 / 1500 = 1.13. You would see a 13% increase.

1800 / 1500 = 1.20. You would see a 20% increase. This is the one to get if you just need a little more time and you want to keep the stock back cover. 20% would extend "8 hours" to "9.6 hours", etc. All new generation LTE phones come with at least an 1800 mAh battery. THIS is what LG should have put into the Revolution/Esteem instead of the 1500 mAh Optimus battery they stuck in there. Only problem is for some reason the cost on the 1800 mAh is extremely high.

3000 / 1500 = 2.00 < double the stock.

I have the 3000 mAh with new smooth back cover, which came with the battery. Therefore no "humpback whale", "hunchback" looking phone. It fits into a holster on my belt. Found a great deal on eBay.

3500 / 1500 = 2.33 < some awesome battery. But I don't like the hump. If you can find one with a smooth back cover, it's better.

Hmmm all very good information. I'll be thinking about what to do. I know I was thinking about getting 2 of the 1700 batteries. But thanks for your input

I'm new to this. I rooted my phone and install a new rom and my phone now gets at least another 10 off of battery. So what I'm asking is, will upgrading the battery give me that more time off it.
Thanks

I have the ace 1800 mah, and I am telling you, mine at least has NO more time than the factory. I am assuming the internals are not as good or it is overstated, but I get right about the same out of it as I do the oem.

i got the 1800 and been using it for the past few days, seen a GREAT difference but nothing to run around naked at night cheering about...just like 2-4 more hours of life depending on whether or not i get addicted to checkers and checking the weather....trust me, just by turning the brightness down to less than halfway, you save sooooo much battery....and root your phone and uninstall metro pcs easy wifi and metro navigator.....set your emails to autoupdate never, and just manually go in and check your email every few hours....the 1800 i got on ebay is for lg revolution but it fits perfectly in my esteem.....highly recommended for those who want more juice in the same size battery......i got the juice

I have this same battery.... I've calibrated this thing about 4 damn times, it has very erattic behavior and burn VERY faster than the original stock battery.... I just dont know... i guess thats just my luck... I just ordered the 18000 mugen battery... I know its 45 buck... so what? my phone was 300.
