I would say yes ... but on the other hand, I haven't done it yet. 
I was accustomed to getting about a week's worth of battery life out of my old PDA, and with a seriously big battery that should be possible. So it's more a matter of, do you want your phone to have a big ugly hump on the back?

So you get a separate case for it. That means your original case becomes useless. It cost around Rs.2700, worth the price?

the math is easy enough and there's no magic involved - the standard battery is 1500 mAh, so a 3000 mAh battery would increase your battery life by 100%
what exactly do you think any of us can tell you that you don't already know?
