Accessories External battery?

[Anthony2816]

I want to use my Fascinate to keep myself amused on a long airline flight...videos, games, etc.

Has anyone heard of any external battery packs for the Fascinate? Or, I guess since it's powered by USB, any sort of 5v pack would work?

Any end-user testimonials?

This may work. (If you don't mind soldering) And it only costs $20 for a kit. Minty Boost! - USB charger for your gadgets

Vibrant 4G has a 1650MaH battery, if you can find one to buy, you can buy that.

There are extended batteries that might get you through, but they are... not pretty to say the least. There should also be some OTS battery packs that you can daisy chain to your phone that would probably get you through also. Search amazon for portable usb charger and a bunch of them that take AA batteries will pop up.

Duracell sells a battery backup for $10 or so. Plugs into a usb port to charge and comes with a bunch of different connectors.
