external sd card storage

I have a Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 that has been rooted and is running Cyanogenmod. Is there any way to move apps to the external sd card (16gb)? The internal storage is full and that makes it very limited.

I'm an Android "newbie" so if its possible, the simpler the better!

My Tab 2 7.0 P3113 running stock 4.2.2 has Move to SD. Not every app is designed to allow the app to be split with most of the app and data moved to the SD card but most will. For example Angry Birds Star War is 72MB total and 66 Mb moved to the SD card. Helidroid 3 Pro with 32.2 MB total has 31.5 MB on the SD card. The Move to SD function was added to 4.2.2.

so if my tablet has Cyanogenmod (android 4.0.4) I need to upgrade the OS to 4.2.2? If that is the case what's the easiest way to do that?
