This suggests you're downloading it OK but to a different location in your tab than you think. You do realize that the internal memory is also, confusingly, referred to as sdcard?
Best way to find the location is to search for the file name.
When you ask whay format to download in it depends on the app you are using to play the movie.
Also remember if you are trying to play a files that us two big for fat 32 (that is if your external sdcard is fat 32) it may not play.
Fat 32 has a size limit to get over that the external sdcard has to be extfat.
You would need to give more information if to get better help.
