Help External Storage not detected when connected to PC

Hello! My smartphone is rooted (SM-G900F) and I have installed and used RAMEXPANDER. I also turned on USB Debugging in the Developer Settings. Since then, whenever I connect my phone to my laptop (windows 8), it only detects the Phone storage and my external SD card does not show up. After safely removing the USB, my phone does not detect my external sd card anymore, so I have to restart my phone to mount the micro sd card to my phone. What might be the cause and solution for this? Thank you!

If this "Ram Expander" creates a swap partition then the card filesystem may have been corrupted; disable the swap, back up any data on the card, and then reformat via the phone's Settings/Storage menu.

Why do you think you need this on a Galaxy S5 with 2GB RAM, anyway?

Thanks dude. 4GB ram is totally awesome. lol. It doesnt delete the files on my external card instead, it doesnt show the files in it and shows 0 memory. So restarting my phone is my temporary solution. :/
