Help EXTREME, unkown data usage

I'll show ya the two pics I have and let you tell me what you think. The "Delete Apps" data usage was 100% background, it said.

I'm pretty sure that stuff had something to do with me using BlueStacks. Guys... save yourselves a lot of trouble and don't ever download that junk of an app. The idea is good, but that's where it ends. I won't go into that.

As for now, do you think this really counted against my data? I know it's "WiFi", but my WiFi is a Straight Talk ZTE 228L Mobile Hotspot.... at $10 a GB... So, my heart skips a beat when I see things like this in the nazi-data world we live in.

Yeah. "delete apps" is the data used by app(s) before they were uninstalled

Ahh that would be nice. I'd be half a grand in the hole.
Yeah that bluestacks android emulator downloads random spam apps to your account every 3 hours UNLESS you pay for the app. But it's compete junk at the moment. I went in with high hopes and came out beat up lol.

It is supposed to be an android emulator for PC or Mac. And you can play games for android on your computer... except hardly anything works. Too much wrong and not enough right.
