Help Extremely slow downloading

I think I'm ready to take this Warp out and shoot it. I can't download anything. Progress bar in the store is there but never any progress. Thinking about factory reset. Any ideas that might help. Major noob here, by the way.

What I would recommend is first turn your wireless off, then go to settings, then about phone and the status updates, you will see prl, profile, zte and firmware updates, do all of the above one at a time and see if that helps, it should, Im attaching a pic that should help locate were you need to go, its not the same phone but the OS is the same and which should look the same as your phone.
