Eye sight problem

Hi - i have switched from an iphone 4 to this and find the screen very bright and colourful. Since i got my s2 my eyes have been more red - has anyone else occured similar problems with their vision. It might just be a freakish coincidence in my case that i have an eye allergy or something but i want to be sure its not the phone weakening my eyes. thanks

well apart from buying some sunglasses . you could always turn brightness down and maybe change from dynamic (if you are using dynamic ) to standard or movie
