Root Face unlock app?

What is this face unlock app that I can't find to install but its on my phone?

If you are on ICS and above should be in security for screen lock it should already be intalled

right but what he is probably talking about is how when you look in the system apps on the warp 4g it has the face unlock app installed but no actual option for it ion the security settings just the options of " none...long press pattern pin and password". as far as the devs here can tell is that it was disabled by the phone manufacturers for some reason unknown. sorry but untill a custon rom comes out or a dev mods it up for us it is not an option.
