are you looking for a specific one ? here is a working gingerbread app ill test on CM7 in a bit
edit:i think the free version doesnt have face unlock anymore i guess they changed it there was 'facelock' app that work for face unlock on gingerbread

edit2 --ok i got it working all on free apps just use ^^^that app and 'screen off an lock' since the free version only lets you lock one app select screen off and lock and set it up to work with faceunlock i just test with both apps on CM7 (i guess is a bit of work but does what you need face unlock )

It's built into ICS and I played with it for a couple of days, after waiting for it to unlock and then having to manually enter your pin after it fails to recognize you about 20% of the time because you're under different lighting gets old fast. I can't imagine that a separate app would work any better than what was built into the OS.

yeah is a stock feature on ICS and depending what phone and ROM your on depends how buggy it can get the app i mention works pretty good i haven't test it on for a long period of time but so far its usable on the triumph the face recognition depends on how you set it up and how much you 'train' it to recognize your face i havent had any big issue with it so far
Did you test it on the triumph ? well theres no camera on ICS yet so im guessing you test it on another phone
