This is a bit of an odd one. I am enjoying my brand new GN 10.1 2014, but there is a niggling issue every time I turn the thing on.
I have always kept my Facebook contacts separate from my main contacts on my SGS3, just because I don't want my main contact list to be cluttered with details of scores of FB acquaintances. That's just me, but it works and I'm happy. I have the "sync contacts" option disabled in the app and all is fine on my phone.
On my Note it's a different story. I have disabled contact syncing as per normal, and no, my FB contacts haven't synced over. However every time I switch the device on I get a notification asking me whether I want to sync my FB contacts. No, I don't!!!
I realise this is really a question for FB, but I'm not confident that I'd get much of an answer from them, so I thought I'd throw the question out on this forum which I know is full of helpful peeps.
Any ideas?
