Help Facebook app is crap

The built in Facebook app on my HD is rubbish. Every now and then it will not load and the phone has to be restarted then it loads up immediately. The app cannot be removed to be re-installed (can only remove and re-install the updates). Anyone else with same issues? This is when on wireless or on data connection, doesn't matter which. Its just crap.

Yep it's crap.

I just added a bookmark link to hhtp:touch.facebook.com and open that in Dolphin Browser HD works a treat.

Use the official one instead. I have both synced up and tbh the built in one is the one the gives me all the notifications so i like it for that but i use the official app to actually browse/read wall posts or anything else.

The app had an update the other night, but its sat now trying to load again, so that update hasn't fixed the bug. Wot a load of tosh. My boss at work suggested accessing via Dolphin Browser like Pep, so may try that. Thanks for your replies.

I've found that after any updates I have to go into app manager and delete cache and data and then it seems to work fine until the next update
