Facebook app question

[sethjamto]

Is there a way to stay logged into the app, but NOT the chat section? I can set facebook on my laptop to never show me online to friends, and now that I use the app on my phone alot, it always keeps me logged in, even if I'm not physically using facebook...

if you go to chat and press the menu button you have the option to go offline

I see that, but if I exit out and then open it back up it seems to log me back in.....do I have to do that every time I open the app?

I think we might have to wait for the next version
