Help Facebook App unsuccessful update

Im running Fresh 3.1.0.1 and for some reason when I click on to update the facebook app, it downloads but when it is installing a popup comes up saying that the installation was unsuccessful, any help please.

Go into Fresh Updater..Then go into tweaks and download the facebook 1.30 update....If you reboot with the triangle..Ur gonna have to flash it manually by navigating to download folder on your sd card and selecting "fresh-facebook.zip"
 
went into tweaks but it tells me that "No update configured. If you want to use tweak and theme updates go to settings and configure an update-server"
