For a while now my facebook app force closes a lot! i have moved it to my system/app and it hasn't forced closed yet. but what im wondering if it can be bad for my phone?

That Facebook app is horrible. Best bet is to go through the browser.

My advice:

Get rid of official Facebook, get a 3rd party as in seesmic.

yes i agree, but will this decrease the life of my cpu? if it is in my system/app?

It is basically moving to a different partition. Some apps won't run if set as system, generally not a good idea to move stuff in/out if you don't know what you are doing but doesn't have anything to do with cpu life.

Your phone will be fine, but the fapp is bad. I second the seesmic point.

I recommend you stop fapp-ing if problems arise, and start seesmic-ing.
