Facebook badge notifications not working

[andrewbee]

Hi,
Ever since Facebook updated their app in February, the notification count on the home screen icon shows the wrong count. It was working before. Anyone else seen this? If it's a universal problem, I can't believe they haven't fixed it. Thanks

I don't use Facebook, but I've seen suggested clearing the application's cache and restart your device.
