Help Facebook Checkin Issue

A bit of a novice at such things so I'm hoping the wonderful people on here can help.

I can't see to get my checkin to work! (My husband rolls his eyes as I complain about this)

It has been working jut fine, even post update and the other day it just stopped. I am apparently never near "anything" and even a reinstall of the app doesn't help.

Thoughts?

what are your location settings set to on your device?

All 3 boxes are checked off:

Google's location service
GPS Satellites
Location & Google Search

GPS on my phone works so I'm not sure the issue.

could be an issue with Facebook. Any chance you have foursquare loaded?
