Help facebook contacts show when i view contacts when sending message

Sorry for the massive title and if this has been covered.

When I am sending a text and I go to look up contacts, it shows all my Facebook friends. I have turned this off on the actual phonebook but can't seem to do it for text messages. I've tried it in stock and gosms.

Any help would be appreciated

I don't think you can.

If you open the SMS app, hit menu -> Settings -> General -> Show email addresses (Uncheck).

Also, in the people app, hit Menu -> View -> Only with Phone Number (Uncheck).

That might make things a little easier?

From what I recall when you set up FB on the phone there is an option to sync it with your phone contacts? I seem to remember not choosing that and I don't get my FB friends in my contacts list.

Try that via App Manager? Delete data and cache in Facebook and then reset up , see if that makes a difference?
