Help Facebook contacts unwanted

My wife purchased 2 HTC Heros, one for me and one for her. She only wants the contacts that were transferred from her old phone, not the clutter of all the facebook people showing up too. But she does want to be able to go to facebook through the phone and see notifications and updates, etc.

So, how do I keep her phone from displaying all the facebook people in her phone contacts list?

Go to Settings-->Accounts and Sync under manage accounts make sure that FB isn't selected to Sync. Your wife can still use the FB app which comes with the phone. Signing into the app won't sync contacts.

Thanks for the reply, I did find that setting on my phone (don't have hers in front of me at the moment) but facebook isn't listed as suncing, however it might be on hers.
