Help Facebook doesnt allow to tag when posting pics?

Is there a way you can tag someone when you post a pic on facebook on the Evo? Im not able to figure it out. Does anyone know how to go about that?

As far as I know there is no way to do it on the standard facebook app but I think there are ways on other apps.
