Help Facebook for Sense and Contacts Question

Hello,
If I used Facebook for HTC and link a contact in my phonebook with a facebook person, will the phone number update if the facebook user changes their phone number? What if the facebook person decides to make his phone number private (deletes it from his facebook account)?

I believe the phone number will update but it won't delete, would be an easy thing to experiment if you are so inclined.
