Root facebook not syncing with contacts

ok here's something interesting i was hoping to get some help with...

i just added a new friend to my FB account...i had this person on my google contacts...so i wanted to Link my google contact and my FB. my phone cant find the FB contact...

so i went to Account & Sync (in Settings)...and tryed refreshing FB...and i get an FC...

any idea whats going on?

Are you using tw or have you switched to lp?
 
switch to LP and uninstalled TW through TiBackUp...did that have something to do with it?

i already backup all my apps...and i am about to wipe data and reflash SuperClean...

do i need to disable VooDoo before i reflash the ROM?
 
alright well i reflased without wiping...seems ok...

Okay here's a question for you guys...

nitsuj17, you said I need TW enabled to get sync to work? I never get Facebook or new email notifactions, would this be because I use LP instead of the TW launcher?

Email shouldn't be affected by any of that...,but as for fb do you twlauncher uninstalled or are you just using lp on top of it?
 
Still have TW installed. Last time I removed it and started flashing I couldn't get the phone up and going unless I did the di01 fix-all. It still runs great overclocked at 1.2 though :P

before removing/freezing tw...you have to make sure another launcher (lp, adw, zeam, etc) is moved into the system/app folder...if its not you will not have a launcher to use with tw gone

the force close bombs are usual as soon as its renamed/deleted/frozen just battery pull and reboot and its fine
