Facebook Notifications

Does anyone know how to turn off notifications in the Facebook app?

I get an email about any notifications that I care about. I dont need a notification on m Epic too... its like a "double notification".

I've gone into the settings, set Notifications to "Inactive", and unchecked every single Notification Setting.... but I am STILL getting notifications on my Epic.

Help??? I'm sick of constantly seeing them!

I have the same issue going. Even though I've turned them off in the app I still get them. Just more great code written for the Android OS.

If they are coming as text messages, hit reply and just send the word "Stop".

They are not text messages. They are native Android "notifications".

on the contrary how do you turn them on to work when your not in the app?
