Help facebook question

If I enable my facebook account to sync in settings/accounts/ is it going to import all my facebook contacts. I do not want it to do that, it did that on my d2 and hated it.

I would like to get facebook notifications, just not get 700 friends into my contacts. thanks.

don't log the facebook that comes pre installed in the phone, get the app from the market and do it that way.
