Facebook Question

Hey, just wondering if the Sensation has the same issue with Facebook as the Desire whereby it imports all facebook contacts to the dialer instead of letting you manually sync who you want? Or have they fixed that?

It does it by default, but you can deactivate it. Go into the Facebook app, into Settings/Sync Contacts and then select 'Sync with existing contacts' - that way it will only sync with people already in your phonebook or who you've linked, instead of downloading your entire friends list.

so it no longer lists everyone from facebook when you type a number in on dialer?

ah no, it still does that.

If you go into the people app , press menu/view,

then untick facebook ,

it will then only show contacts from sim or google

Yep.

Drove me round the twist on the Desire, it's fixed on the Sensation (but you do need to untick the box manually).
