Facebook???

anyone know how to get ur facebook notifications 2 come to the phone??? I have it set to update every half hour but it doesnt.... Can i set it up so it comes through like on the computer???
 
This is a bare-bones app. I would expect they are working diligently on updating this to bring it up to iPhone and BB level. I am impatiently waiting as well.
 
No prob. I set my notifications to email me, that way I will get some sort of notification. I hope they update this soon.
 
I found the Facebook app worked alright last week. Then all of a sudden my News Feed no longer updates. Has anyone else found this? Any suggestions on how to refresh the newsfeed?
 
Lack of good facebook app is my biggest gripe about this phone. I can't believe they released a useless facebook app like this. Somebody needs to get this fixed.
 
See, I am that way about Twitter....and my email, which is pissing me off right now as I have all sorts of filters set up and I haven't figured out how to have it look at other folders than my Inbox...
 
Try the facebook touch site in the browser. It isnt the perfect solution, but it is pretty awesome!
 
You can set your facebook to alert you via text. You have to go into settings on your facebook page and set it to send text verify yoour number then in you friends settings subscribe sms and viola FB alerts on the droid lol

yes i noticed this also. you can touch the menu button and hit refresh

LOL! That is one work around - :P

You could have it send you e-mails to your GMail account too.
