Is there a way I can make the default newsfeed "most recent" instead of "top stories?" I can do this on my PC and my iPad.

Not in the Facebook app. That's been that way for about a year, much to our chagrin.

And that's just one of the reasons I use Facebook less and less.
Wonder if any of the lads on XDA have made a modded apk?

In the Facebook app, go to the top right where you have three horizontal lines. Click that and scroll down to most recent. There isn't a way to set this ad default.

When using FB app in my mobile, the newsfeed is not always updated. Is there anything that I need to do?
