Help Facing strange but minor problem with Battery

I'm facing a strange but minor problem with my phone's battery. As soon as I plug out the charger after the battery has been fully charged, the battery charge instantly drops by 1-2%. It didn't happen earlier. Also, I'm noticing that the display is consuming 50-60% of battery these days which was 40-50% earlier when I had recently upgraded to 2.3.6(via Odin).
Could someone here help me out regarding this?

p.s. I use "Battery Widget" to see my battery status.
 
Not unusual to have the battery drop a few percent. Try to recalibrate.

Also it sounds like you are using the display a lot to check your battery usage on Battery Widget. If you do not use your phone a lot doing other things and all you do is check your battery, it WILL show more percentage of your battery going to the screen.
 
After trying out this method my Wifi is not working.
The phone is detecting the signal from router but its not connecting to it.

Guys the problem has been solved.
I restarted my router and the phone's WiFi started working again.
But can someone tell me, what may have caused this problem?
