Factory Reset and 2.2

Hey guys, I'm selling my X and wanted to know something. I am running the original 2.2 leak, without any root or anything, and I'm wondering when I do a factory reset to give it to my buyer, will it reset to 2.2, or go back to 2.1? Any help is greatly appreciated!

It will reset to factory defaults on 2.2, a Reset doesn't change OS versions.
