So yeah im getting pretty fed up with the screen not turning on and it freezing and rebooting when im using my phone for important things.

Guess i will wait for the Connect.

That sucks man :( You should have known that it at some point in time the phone would start acting up since you were OC'ing it to 2.2

I dont OC to 2.2...never really went past 1.5, no reason to. Not sure why its giving me problems. i went back to the backup i made of the 2.0 kernel. Might go back to stock and sell it haha.

what do you have the min cpu setting set at?

Thats what I would do. I would sell it ASAP, especially before the connect comes out. The Esteems value is going back down.

haha that was my first thought but you know how anger on top of a long day and having to change phone numbers due to crazy ex girlfriends can make you jump to conclusions haha.

Im going to return to ZVB Stock and flash the kernel after checking on some things :)

your sd card might be cracked to shorted out. I've had both happen to me. The crack was so small that I didn't notice it for about a month lol. It was more-less microscopic.

I would test it on another device if you have a sd card reader on your computer or maybe a digital camera

Wouldnt it be unable to mount outside of recovery then also?
 
hey try to run it without the sd at all. i spent all day yesterday chasing this problem down. if the phone runs good get your SD and hope u can get the data off it.
mine was hanging, unable to mount in cwm, really buggy, rebooting itself randomly, i tried reflash new rom, clear cache davlik, and other things, and then figured out my (BRAND NEW) microsd failed, when i tried to delete a file off of it via a pc.

sd card woudlnt format wouldnt delete files nothing. i was lucky to get my data off it.

anyways because of my mess, hopefully you can find a resolution :)
