I've been having some issues with my GNex, so I decided to do a Factory Reset. I've tried doing it through settings->backup & reset->factory reset. I also went through the bootloader by holding down both volume buttons plus power and then selected recovery. Each time the phone just shows "Google" in white letters indefinitely. I've let it sit at least 15 minutes and nothing ever happens! Can anyone out there help me?
