Help Factory Reset For Optimus V

I dropped my phone in the bathroom, and as soon as restarted the phone I constantly got an error "com.androidcom failed to load force quit" so I pressed it and it would constantly try to restart the app. The only was to fix it was to reset back to factory and now all is ok.

Wanted to add, my photo gallery stopped working. It would only show a black screen. Factory reset was the only thing that got it working again.
