Help factory reset question...

if I factory reset, will I need to re-activate the phone? ande how do I do that if I need to? I don't remember the codes that it wanted. asking cause somewho thed phone wont stay on one screen vfo more than a second

Nope, it should not make you re-activate. (unlike the motorola droids).

But, if for some reason it does. Its *228 option 1.

Sometimes you do, but most of the time you don't have to reactivate after a reset. If you do, the phone should take you to that option automatically though. If for some reason it doesn't, then just dial *228 and select option 1.

well, resetting didn 't work, so i called verizon and after doing it AGAIN, they decided that since I only got it a few days ago, it is "defective on arrival" and i need to take it to the nearest location and get a new phone.
