Help Factory reset question

After the update, I am doing a factory reset. Willa factory reset erase my removable SD card ? Or can I leave it in the phone ?

On the side of caution, I would recommend you to remove the card. Scandalex had issues with her cards whenever applying updates. In which case her cards were toast and data lost. Doesn't happen to everyone, but based on that experience, I would play it safe.

From my experience, there is a check box with the option to select "Delete SD Card Content", and it is almost always optional. I have not specifically done this on the note 2 yet, but I think this is a stock Android thing.
