Help Factory Reset - Saving Pics to SD Card?

After the froyo update I need to do a factory reset. My battery life is really hurtin and I can't take it anymore.

My only question is how do I save all my downloads and pics to my SD card? Having a hard time figuring this out for some reason.

I was wondering this too, but I'm not sure how (or if possible). I have only saved them to my computer...

Hook it up to your computer via the USB. When the phone prompts, select mount as disck drive. You then locate the pictures on the "removable disk", copy and paster them to your SD card.

I named my SD card DINC so it is easily idenetified.
